Strata Titling Property – My experience

Well, we are progressing well on this avenue.  To bring you up to speed, I am strata titling two units I have up in Mackay, Queensland. 

I found multiple ways of doing this, so went for the way that can me the valuation increase with the minimim physical work. i.e. I do not need to install a new fence which have cost some significant $s. 

So far, I have a surveyor and a conveyancer doing most of the work.  I will then need to get a corporate body set up.  Will let you know how much the process costs v the upside in a later post.
